Biography
Fedor Karyakin is a Russian artist and a member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 2016. Born in Omsk, he graduated in 2011 from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Omsk State Pedagogical University, where he completed his diploma in painting. An active participant in exhibitions from an early age, Karyakin began exhibiting his work at the age of thirteen. In 2010, his painting *Snow on the Roofs* was acquired for the permanent collection of the Omsk City Museum of Fine Arts. He was awarded a scholarship by the Russian Cultural Foundation and received the Second Prize Diploma in the *Printmaking* category at the All-Russian *Face Control* competition. Between 2012 and 2015, he participated in international plein air programs in France, Italy, Morocco, and Russia. His painting *Sea Breeze* was presented to the Mayor of Cannes. From 2016 to 2023, his work was exhibited in New York through the BWAC Exhibition, Judaica Art Exhibition, Artistic Gallery, and other projects. In addition to painting, Karyakin has worked extensively as a scenic artist, creating scenery for theatrical productions.
His paintings are held in museum and private collections in the United States, Europe, Israel, Morocco and Japan.
